Readers often contact me to find out what happened to the leech and to me and my family, so here are some answers that won't hurt the story.

How is the book selling now? (Nov 2011)
I just reordered a reprint so it's selling very well at bookstores and privately. People are reading it in one or two sessions and tell me they enjoyed it immensely, shaking their head at every page.

What happened to the leech?
He "disappeared off the face of the earth" according to Interpol. A man with that high profile would have kept scheming so someone may have got to him.

Did you keep in touch with the Indian guy who helped you out?
For a short while but it became time to let things go.

Did you keep in touch with the girls?
No. Those sort of interesting times end as you get back to reality.

What happened to Jenny?
Distance made it difficult and I eventually remarried (twice) to end up with a very stable, tolerant lady who keeps me in check. After 22 years, things get better every day.

How are your sons?
They turned out remarkably well. D is a town planner/project manager with a large firm.. A is a psychologist and anglican priest. Both are married and D has a daughter. They're both very well adjusted and still cheeky, wise cracking kids, even at 32 and 30.

What did you do for a job afterwards?
I eventually went into Natural therapies, acupuncture, then psychotherapy for about 20 years. I also tutored philosophy for about 18 years, unpaid.

What are you doing now?
I retired in 2005 and am currently travelling caravanning around Oz long term and having a ball. I returned to photography as a hobby this time and try to capture Oz in its difficult lighting.

Any more books in the pipeline?
There's a fictional novel I have outlined in the Da Vinci code theme, plus a range of Philosophy books for adults and kids with topics of: Life, Business, Men, Youth. I don't intend writing one on/for women.

"A damn good, easy read, but difficult to put down. Thoroughly entertaining and rich in descriptions."
"Creepy. It made me hate the bastard and cheer the victims."

Latest news: Order before the new year and get "LEECH" for $26.
